Your Role We are looking for an artificial intelligence specialist to contribute to a strategic project focused on integrating AI capabilities into an internal platform. In this role, you will help evolve the platform by designing and integrating artificial intelligence solutions. You will also support the development team in adopting AI best practices, both in solution design and in the evolution of its ways of working. Your involvement will begin with gaining an understanding of our business, legal, and technology environment in order to fully understand the organization’s needs, constraints, and specific challenges. You will then be responsible for recommending the most appropriate approaches and demonstrating the value and relevance of the proposed solutions, including through proofs of concept (POCs) or exploratory work to support the internal validation required before moving forward with development.
Your Key Responsibilities
Based on the priorities established with the team, your responsibilities will include:
- Analyze and enhance user-facing artificial intelligence features;
- Design and develop features to support compliance analysis;
- Evaluate, design, and integrate new value-added AI capabilities;
- Develop proofs of concept and conduct exploratory work to validate the feasibility and relevance of proposed solutions;
- Conduct technical analyses and provide expert advice and recommendations;
- Advise the team on technology choices and recommended approaches related to artificial intelligence;
- Coach and mentor the development team to facilitate knowledge transfer and strengthen
- Recommend practices for effectively integrating artificial intelligence into the software development lifecycle;
- Contribute to the evolution of organizational practices related to the use and integration of artificial intelligence.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone with strong expertise in artificial intelligence who is equally comfortable in an advisory and coaching role as they are designing and experimenting with practical solutions. The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant experience designing, developing, or integrating artificial intelligence solutions;
- The ability to assess an existing environment and recommend solutions that align with business needs and technology constraints;
- Experience developing proofs of concept, prototypes, or conducting exploratory AI initiatives;
- A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and practices for integrating AI into a development environment;
- The ability to explain complex concepts in clear and accessible terms and provide clear recommendations;
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and knowledge-transfer skills;
- A high degree of autonomy, strong analytical skills, and a solution-oriented mindset;
- The ability to work effectively in an environment where business, technology, and compliance considerations must all be taken into account.
