Production AssociateResponsibilities
- Accurately mix ingredients in large batches according to specific recipes.
- Monitor product quality and consistency throughout the mixing process.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain all mixing equipment and your work area.
- Follow all food safety, GMP, and HACCP protocols without exception.
- Assist the team with inventory and meeting daily production targets.
- Report on any equipment or quality issues to your supervisor immediately.
Production AssociateQualifications
- Previous experience in distribution or warehouse environments.
- Experience with package handling, sorter roles, and conveyor belt operations is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs unassisted on a continuous basis.
Employment Details:
- Available to work Monday to Friday Day shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or afternoon shift 3:00 PM -11:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $22/hr
- Location: Barrie, ON
