Territory Manager – Northern Ontario (Thunder Bay Area)
Permanent | Full-Time (40 hrs/week) | Management (non-union)
Our client, an established provider of outpatient addiction treatment across Ontario, is looking for a Territory Manager to lead a group of clinics across Northern Ontario. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build strong, supportive clinic teams and make a real difference in patient care in communities that need it.
You'll oversee day-to-day clinic operations, build and develop your teams, and keep clinic performance on track using KPIs. You'll be the go-to leader for the nursing teams in your territory - handling scheduling, hiring, performance management, training and policy questions - and you'll step in to help cover staffing gaps when needed. Office days are flexible and can be worked from a clinic or from home.
Location requirement: Candidates must live within 50 km of Thunder Bay, ON.
Open to nursing and non-healthcare backgrounds: A nursing background (RN/RPN) is an asset, but we will also consider strong multi-site operations leaders who don't have healthcare experience.
Please note – this role involves heavy travel. You'll travel regularly to support clinics across the territory and respond to staffing shortages (as often as once per week). You must be comfortable with frequent long-distance driving across Northern Ontario. Mileage, employer-booked hotels and a daily meal allowance are provided.
