4-day work week - Monday to Thursday, 5:30 AMโ4:00 PM. Every Friday off, no exceptions.

$35โ$40/hour + shift premium

$500/year tool allowance + $300/year boot allowance

๐ฉ Advanced diagnostics and complex repairs across engines, drivetrains, braking, and auxiliary systems on a diverse heavy-duty fleet
๐ฉ Scheduled preventative maintenance and safety inspections to OEM standards
๐ฉ Managing audit-ready work orders, parts verification, and warranty documentation
๐ฉ Mentoring apprentices and junior technicians
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด:
๐ CVIP licence in Manitoba (ability to sign commercial vehicle safeties - non-negotiable)
๐ Red Seal Transport Truck Technician certification or equivalent inter-provincial certification
๐ Valid Driver's Licence with Air Brake certification
๐ 3-7 years of in-shop heavy-duty truck maintenance experience preferred
๐ JPRO diagnostic software experience a bonus
