Position Summary
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Projects Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and successful execution of specialized projects. The Supervisor will lead project teams, coordinate daily activities, ensure all required documentation and permits are completed, and maintain strict compliance with company, client, and regulatory safety requirements.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, communication, and safety skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate specialized work activities and lead team members in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Pay
Schedule
- Full-time schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday;
- Starting times may vary based on project requirements;
- Schedule consists of two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review all required project documentation, including Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Work Permits, Confined Space documentation, and TMMC forms;
- Lead and oversee all confined space projects;
- Maintain strict compliance with applicable regulatory standards and client-specific safety requirements for confined space activities;
- Supervise elevated work activities involving Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs), including Genie Booms and Scissor Lifts;
- Enforce 100% fall protection tie-off requirements, including the proper use of full-body harnesses, Self-Retractable Lanyards (SRLs), and approved anchor points;
- Coordinate specialized permits and documentation, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) plans, Chemical Handling and SDS compliance (Form 9.0), and Hot Work Permits;
- Conduct pre-shift safety talks and review task-specific hazards and required countermeasures;
- Verify that all required safety documentation has been reviewed and signed by team members;
- Ensure proper inspection, use, and enforcement of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including bump caps, coveralls, safety glasses, chemical gloves, and fall protection equipment;
- Coordinate and assign daily tasks to team members based on project requirements;
- Ensure appropriate scheduling and utilization of team members and project resources;
- Oversee 5S site cleanup, hazardous waste handling, and final jobsite safety walkthroughs;
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and customer requirements;
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in an industrial, manufacturing, construction, or specialized project environment;
- Experience coordinating, scheduling, and assigning daily tasks to team members for special projects;
- Proficient in drafting and reviewing detailed JSA, Work Permit, Confined Space, and TMMC forms;
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety requirements;
- Familiarity with site equipment, including Genie Booms, Forklifts, Scissor Lifts, Tuggers, Blasting, Moling, and other specialized equipment;
- Strong understanding of confined space entry requirements and fall protection procedures;
- Ability to effectively lead and participate in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-based environment;
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills;
- Ability to enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements;
- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
