Hiring: Change Manager – Technology Rollout
Location: Edmonton, AB (Preferred)
Contract: 12 Months + Potential Extension
Travel: Required to branch locations as needed
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Change Manager to support a technology rollout across multiple branch locations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead change management activities for a multi-site technology rollout.
- Work closely with branch managers, operational teams and frontline employees.
- Develop change management plans, communications and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Conduct change impact assessments and support business readiness.
- Coordinate training activities and help drive employee adoption.
- Identify resistance to change and support smooth implementation across locations.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong hands-on organizational change management experience.
- Experience delivering technology rollouts across multiple locations.
- Ability to engage with operational teams and frontline employees.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and training support skills.
- Willingness to travel to branch locations as required.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in heavy equipment, manufacturing, distribution, logistics or field services.
- Prosci/ADKAR certification or experience.
