Hiring: Senior Consultant – Organizational Structure Design
Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC – Hybrid (2 days onsite/week)
Contract: 6 months + Potential Extension
Hours: 35 hours/week
We are looking for an experienced Senior Organizational Design Consultant to help establish a new independent business function within a BC public-sector organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current organizational structures, processes and responsibilities.
- Design a new organizational structure and future-state operating model.
- Develop governance, accountability and decision-making frameworks.
- Define roles, responsibilities and resource requirements.
- Develop transition and implementation plans.
- Support change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate workshops and advise senior leadership.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of management or business consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on organizational design experience.
- Experience establishing new organizational functions or operating models.
- Strong governance, transition management and change management expertise.
- Experience advising executives and facilitating complex stakeholder discussions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Highly Preferred:
- BC public-sector or Crown corporation experience.
- Experience with statutory bodies, regulated organizations, legal services or independent oversight functions.
