Original job description
Job Purpose/Description
Assist with the daily operations of the receiving services, occasional support for mailroom tasks.
Primary Job Duties
Sort and process incoming and outgoing packages from UPS, FedEx, Amazon. Make deliveries to offices in Tower Hall, Science building, Somers Hall, Wellness Center, the Monastery and BHC/Westwood.
As needed: operates office equipment: faxing, scanning and copying of documents. Take and distribute messages. Utilizes manual and automated methods to enter and retrieve data: data entry. Retrieve supplies when needed. Keep area clean and tidy
Other duties as may be assigned and/or necessary.
Required Qualifications
Must be a current or incoming CSS student
Federal work study eligibility is required (international students exempt)
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Essential.
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact with a wide variety of people in a friendly, professional manner required.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills Required.
Job functions require standing, lifting, and walking during shift.
Professional presence to represent the College to the public required.
Ability to perform all of the above functions during an assigned workday without significant risk of injury.
Good attendance is required.
