We are seeking a highly motivated, part-time Squash Instructor to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Squash Instructor, you will deliver a high level of squash programming to our members and guests. You will be responsible for providing technical, tactical, and physical components of group lessons with a focus on family and fun. You will deliver exceptional experiences in all that we do and will constantly aspire to create a second home environment for our members, guests, and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Execute consistent and exceptional high level Squash Instructional services and programming to the members, guests and employees
- Plan programming activities that have a focus on family fun
- Actively support and participate in cooperation and teamwork within the department
- Ensure Squash physical areas are well appointed, clean, maintained and ready for efficient programming
- Compliance with all Glencoe Health and Safety standards and the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Competitive Squash playing level experience required
- A strong knowledge base of the technical, tactical, physical and mental components of Squash
- Proficient organizational and time management skills
- A team player with a diplomatic personality who is able to foster relationships with members and employees
- High standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity

Additional Details:
This is a part-time position that reports to the Head Squash Professional. The position is temporary in nature until September 18, 2027, with the potential to extend based on business requirements. The successful candidate may be required to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check, Respect in the Workplace and Respect in Sport online certifications prior to commencing employment.
