Position Information
Temporary position until approximately March 31, 2027.
This is a newly created position that will support the ongoing development, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives within the Substance Use Program and the Mental Health Department.
Rotation/Shifts
Days, 8-hour shifts

Basic Requirements
- Three (3) year Community College in health related, social services, behavioural science, public health, healthcare administration or related fields;
- Minimum three (3) years of experience coordinating projects, initiatives, or program activities;
- Experience preparing monthly and quarterly reports, including collecting, analyzing, and presenting data;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in project management;
- Experience in Microsoft Office;
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time;
- Excellent organizational and management skills;
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision;
- Demonstrate critical reasoning skills;
- Efficient time management;
- Skills in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients;
- Superior verbal and written communication skills are required, including the ability to respond to inquires with diplomacy and sensitivity;
- Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Four (4) year Undergraduate Degree in a health-related, social services, behavioural science, public health, healthcare administration, business administration, or related field;
- Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to access, review, and manage information;
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting clinical and operational data.
- Frontline experience with patients experiencing mental illness or patients who use substances;
