Hybrid work arrangement offering the best of both worlds.
Flexible 37.5-hour work week, with the possibility of a time bank.

Apply technical knowledge to respond and provide information, where possible, to internal and external inquiries on departmental matters, including those received through the ticketing system.
Support case file management and act as a resource person for stakeholders, as required.
Keep corporate documentation on human resources policies and programs up to date and ensure its accessibility to the appropriate people, as required.
