Position: Technical Project Manager with Banking experience
Location: Toronto, On - Hybrid
Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with experience managing technology projects within the Core Banking domain. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage project delivery, coordinate with business stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of Project Management experience.
- Strong technical project delivery background within Banking/Credit Cards.
- Experience managing Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
- Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, and reporting tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across business and technology teams.
- Define project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Lead status meetings, stakeholder communications, and governance reviews.
- Coordinate development, testing, deployment, and release activities.
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to budget and timelines.
- Manage risks, issues, and escalation processes.
- Support Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
