TouchBistro is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team in Toronto! Reporting to the Manager, Sales Development, you will promote TouchBistro and generate relationships with restaurant owners and operators through prospecting and qualifying leads through warm outreach via phone, email and text.

What You'll Do
Prospect and qualify warm leads from customer inquiries and demand generation marketing sources
Contact and qualify prospects through a high volume of cold calls, emails, text messages and social media outreach to connect with prospective restaurant owners and operators
Conduct high volume outreach of 100-200 dials per day via phone
Prioritize and organize lead pipeline for maximum efficiency on a daily basis
Ensure all sales activities are accurately recorded and tracked in Salesforce
Understand and leverage product features, our Partners, Marketing, and others to ensure targets are met on a monthly basis
Work as a team to deliver the best customer experience at all times
What You Bring
Required:
You have 1+ year(s) of experience in a customer service role
You have a track record of self-improvement, upward growth, and top performance with KPIs or quotas
You are passionate about sales, the restaurant industry, SaaS and technology
You are competitive, coachable, and motivated to exceed targets
You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, coming into our Toronto office 2 days a week - Tuesdays and Thursdays
Nice To Haves:
You have a University or College degree
You have Salesforce and/or Point of Sale experience
You are bilingual Spanish/English
