Responsibilities
Identify and quote correct automotive parts using VIN data and Snap-on EPC for technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts, while handling orders and retail payments. Receive orders, manage stock adjustments, process returns and cores, conduct inventory counts, and investigate and resolve fitment errors and incorrect orders using documented procedures.
Requirements
Previous parts advisor experience is required, along with strong automotive parts and mechanical repair systems knowledge, accuracy, attention to detail, and comfort following standard procedures. Candidates must be able to work independently, communicate clearly, use computers, and hold a valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract.
