Facilities Attendant (Janitor) – Part-Time, Evenings

About Us
True Padel Club is a padel facility in SE Calgary, bringing one of the world’s fastest-growing racquet sports to our city. We’re building a welcoming, high-quality space for players of every level, and we need a reliable Facilities Attendant to help keep the club clean, safe, and ready for play.
The Role
This is a part-time evening position (24 hours per week). You’ll take care of the club during evening sessions, so members and guests always walk into a spotless, well-kept facility.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and sanitize washrooms, showers, sinks, change rooms, lounge, reception, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility
- Tidy court-side areas, including emptying bins and resetting equipment as needed
- Restock washroom supplies, paper products, and cleaning materials
- Take out garbage and recycling
- Report maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to management
- Follow health and safety procedures and use cleaning products safely
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cleaning, custodial, or facilities experience is an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in the evenings
- A sharp eye for detail and pride in a job well done
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs for extended periods
- A friendly, respectful attitude when interacting with members and staff
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
