We are currently looking for a QA Automation Engineer to work on the banking project. This is a consulting job and the client is one of the major banks.
Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite in Toronto
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Java and Selenium.
- Develop and optimize scalable test automation frameworks.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across browsers.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution in an Agile environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
- Strong object-oriented programming skills in Java.
- Deep technical expertise with Selenium WebDriver for browser automation.
- Solid experience with testing frameworks like TestNG or JUnit.
- Practical understanding of REST API testing, Git version control, and CI/CD workflows.
