This course builds on the basic marketing elements to enable the student to contend with marketing problems and opportunities that present themselves in the service industries. The marketing plan and research techniques are applied to actual situations and marketing issues. Cases, industry events and guest lecturers will supplement class lectures and seminars.The minimum requirement for consideration is a Master's degree in a field relevant to the topic area or an undergraduate degree combined with a professional certification in an appropriate field.
