We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in transportation, warehouse, and supply-chain operations to support the warehouse system, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of enterprise logistics systems, including Finance System & Warranty Systems. This role serves as a critical bridge between business operations and technology teams, translating operational needs into clear requirements and ensuring solutions are delivered effectively, tested thoroughly, and adopted successfully across the organization.
Position Overview
You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to clarify requirements, reduce ambiguity, and deliver high-quality features from concept through deployment. You will also use AI tools responsibly to accelerate analysis, documentation while maintaining strong quality, security, and maintainability standards.
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews. Develop process flows, use cases, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria to guide development and testing. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within transportation, warehouse, and logistics workflows.
