About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Functional Analyst to join a dynamic HR Analytics & Insights team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to HR and IT stakeholders, supporting and enhancing the organization's HR technology ecosystem. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, optimizing HR processes, improving data integrity, and ensuring HR systems deliver accurate, actionable insights to support business decisions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical professional with strong HRIS expertise, project management capabilities, and hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
- Lead end-to-end HRIS projects and system enhancement initiatives.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation.
- Prioritize HR technology initiatives based on business needs and operational impact.
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for regional and global HRIS initiatives.
HRIS Administration & Technical Support
- Provide advanced support for HR systems and HR-developed applications.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, data discrepancies, and interface failures.
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to manage system enhancements and development backlogs.
- Support ongoing maintenance and administration of HR applications.
Data Integrity & Reporting
- Maintain high levels of HR data accuracy through audits, reconciliations, and validation processes.
- Create and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and PeopleSoft queries.
- Support large-scale employee data updates and system configuration changes.
- Manage integrations between PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, Compensation, and related systems.
- Provide analytical insights and reporting to support HR and business decision-making.
Required Qualifications
✅ 5+ years of HRIS experience
✅ Experience with PeopleSoft HCM (preferred)
✅ Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and system testing experience
✅ Expertise in developing, enhancing, and troubleshooting PeopleSoft Queries
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✅ Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
✅ Experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
✅ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multicultural teams
✅Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
✔ bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

✔ Experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry
