Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Payments testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing project requirements, estimating testing efforts, and managing testing resources effectively. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and success of our projects through meticulous planning and execution of testing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze project requirements to understand the testing effort needed.
- Estimate and secure management support for time, resources, and budget for testing activities.
- Organize and lead the testing kick-off meeting.
- Define the testing strategy and build a skilled testing team.
- Identify training requirements and communicate them to the Project Manager.
- Develop comprehensive test plans outlining tasks, dependencies, and participant roles.
- Arrange necessary hardware and software for the test setup.
- Assign tasks to testing team members and ensure workload balance.
- Document and maintain the structure of all testing artifacts.
- Implement and enforce testing processes as per organizational standards.
- Review test case documents and track changes in project requirements.
- Escalate issues related to software, hardware, and resources to the Project Manager or Senior Test Manager.
- Organize status meetings and provide regular status reports to clients.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Business Analysis.
- Minimum of 3-4 years in Payments testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in test planning and execution.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with testing tools and software.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Testing are a plus.
