WHAT YOU’LL DO
Plan Work That’s Ready
- Evaluate and prioritize maintenance requests based on risk, asset criticality, and operational impact.
- Build clear work packages covering scope, labour, materials, services, and safety requirements.
- Maintain a healthy, actionable maintenance backlog.
Build Schedules That Work
- Develop achievable weekly maintenance schedules around priorities, resources, production plans, and equipment risk.
- Coordinate maintenance windows, shutdowns, and outages across key teams.
- Review schedule compliance and carryover to improve future planning.
Strengthen Preventive Maintenance
- Maintain preventive maintenance tasks, frequencies, and job plans in the EAM system.
- Use maintenance history, equipment condition, and technician feedback to identify improvements.
- Keep approved preventive maintenance changes accurate and controlled.
Keep Maintenance Information Reliable
- Maintain accurate work orders, asset records, and maintenance history.
- Track backlog, work status, and schedule performance.
- Use maintenance data to identify trends, recurring failures, and opportunities to improve reliability.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience in maintenance, manufacturing, operations, planning, scheduling, asset management, or a related technical environment.
- Working knowledge of maintenance work management and preventive maintenance principles.
- Experience using CMMS/EAM or similar operational management systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of industrial safety requirements and maintenance-related work processes.
- Bonus: Trade certification, an Engineering Technology diploma, or related post-secondary education, plus experience with maintenance planning, shutdown coordination, reliability, or continuous improvement.
