- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes consistently during high-volume service
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to keep service smooth, fast, and fun
- Contribute ideas for menu specials and seasonal dishes
- Maintain excellent food safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
- Manage prep, stock rotation, and portion control to reduce waste
- Handle the pressure of busy shifts with a positive attitude and strong teamwork What We're looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef or Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant
- Passion for food, flavour, and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently during peak service times
- Strong communication and team-player mindset
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
