Responsibilities
Prepares construction cost estimates and budgets, evaluates project requirements and cost changes, resolves cost discrepancies, and develops bids, reports, and project plans. Coordinates with clients and construction professionals, schedules meetings, monitors construction work, follows building and safety codes, and visits job sites as needed.
Requirements
Requires a valid G license, five years of construction experience, strong carpentry knowledge, and proficiency with construction equipment and measurement tools. Candidates must be able to read technical documents and drawings, follow safety guidelines, have basic math skills and good physical endurance, and hold a high school diploma and completed carpentry apprenticeship.
