Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembly Associate to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, mounting, and installing various parts, sub-assemblies, and components during the truck body build process. You will work from build sheets and work orders to ensure every truck body is completed to our high standards of quality and durability.
Key Responsibilities
- Component Assembly: Mechanical assembly of truck body panels, sub-components and accessories using manual and power tools.
- Fastening Operations: Secure parts and structural elements together using rivets, bolts, industrial adhesives.
- Measurement & Alignment: Measure, cut, drill, and align materials to precise dimensions before fastening, checking for squareness and flush fits.
- Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace; follow all workplace safety regulations.

Experience Required
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, construction, or hands-on shop environment.
- Tool Competency: Comfortable and safe operating power tools, air tools, impact guns, pneumatic riveters, drills, and basic hand tools.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Strong spatial awareness and a natural knack for mechanical problem-solving and hands-on assembly sequences.
- Reliability: Excellent attendance, a strong work ethic.
- Working Conditions & Physical Demands
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. comfortably.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and working on ladders or platforms inside/around large vehicle bodies.
Wage Details
$20 per hour
