We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to support small to medium-sized Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, and technology projects. The successful candidate will combine strong Business Analysis, Project Management, and Project Administration capabilities with a solid IT background. This role will be responsible for supporting projects from planning through execution while ensuring requirements, scope, risks, timelines, stakeholders, communications, and deliverables are effectively managed.
Requirements
- Having any one of the following certifications or formal training are desirable:PRINCE2, ITIL, PROSCI, CBAP, PMI-PBA
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or PM/BA hybrid professional.
- Experience supporting small to medium-sized technology projects.
- Strong understanding of IT project environments.
- Experience with Cyber Security and/or IT Infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
- Experience performing requirements elicitation and requirements management.
- Strong business process analysis and process modeling capabilities.
- Experience with requirements traceability.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops.
- Experience supporting test planning and project quality activities.
- Strong project coordination and project administration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project activities and priorities.
