Starlight Investments, in conjunction with WP Osborne Executive Search, is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its investment team.
Senior Analyst, Investments
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, the Senior Analyst supports all investment-related activities relating to U.S. and U.K. Residential, as well as other global expansion markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial underwriting and market analyses to support multi-family acquisitions and dispositions across the U.S., U.K., and other expansion markets.
- Develop investment memoranda, acquisition proposals, and strategic reports for senior leadership and JV partners.
- Prepare quarterly returns tracking and re-forecasts for projects, funds and partnership with forward purchases.
- Contribute and maintain deal pipeline in the U.S. and expansion markets.
- Support the quarterly and annual appraisal process for funds and partnerships.
- Lead and support deal diligence including financial modeling, third-party reviews, market analysis, and coordination with legal and operational stakeholders.
- Support debt financing for new acquisitions and liaise with lenders and financial institutions.
- Support capital raising activities for new U.S., U.K., and expansion market funds and partnerships.
- Communicate and maintain relationships with brokers, lenders, and related and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an analysis-intensive role along with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. The successful candidate will be client-focused, with strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills, and demonstrated ability to achieve results in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment. They will be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting tight deadlines. Candidates must possess superior analytical and technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The compensation structure is comprised of a base salary that is market competitive and based on factors such as experience, education, designations, and skill set.
