Title: AI Developer (Generative AI / Machine Learning) - Fulltime
Location : Toronto
Type : Hybrid (3 days office work is must)
Experience: Fresh Graduates(0-5 years)
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions to solve business problems.
- Build, train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning and large language models (LLMs).
- Develop AI-powered applications using Python, LangChain, vector databases, and cloud services.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
- Create scalable RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and AI agents.
- Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and monitoring.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, and Responsible AI standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to define AI use cases.
- Perform model performance tuning and troubleshoot production AI workloads.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
