Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and repair IT hardware (computers, laptops, monitors, printers) and software applications.
- Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure (wired, wireless, and servers).
- Provide first-level technical support, diagnose issues, and resolve user requests effectively.
- Monitor system performance, perform upgrades, and ensure IT assets run efficiently.
- Document support activities and provide basic training to enhance user digital skills.
Job Requirement and Qualification
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT infrastructure management.
- Strong expertise in computer hardware, networking, Windows operating systems, and server management.
- Good understanding of network security, backup systems, and software license management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proactive and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in English (minimum intermediate level); web programming skills are an advantage.
