Job Responsibilities
- Control and monitor daily production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), safety, and environmental regulations.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth production activities.
- Prepare and submit shift reports on production performance.
Job Requirement and Qualification
- Age between 26–35 years old.
- Minimum education D3 to S2 in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, independently or within a team.
