Job Title: Java Modernization Lead

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications.
Lead solution design reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization activities.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
Ensure application scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
Lead end-to-end application modernization initiatives, including legacy assessment, migration planning, and implementation.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Establish coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
Migrate applications from on-premises environments to cloud platforms.
Design and implement APIs, integration frameworks, and event-driven architectures.
