Job Title: UiPath Developer

· Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development.
- Strong experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and deployment processes.
- Hands-on experience and understanding of UiPath Cloud capabilities, including cloud-based development, orchestration, and automation services.
- Knowledge of Agentic Automation concepts and experience building or supporting intelligent automation solutions.
- Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or related regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Participate in solution design discussions and recommend scalable automation approaches.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, developer artifacts, and deployment packages.
- Perform code reviews and peer reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and support teams throughout the automation lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot post-production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Implement RPA best practices, coding standards, and governance requirements.
- Support automation initiatives involving complex business processes and enterprise integrations.
- Contribute to the adoption of emerging automation technologies, including Agentic Automation and AI-powered workflows.
