Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant enterprise applications using Core and Enterprise Java.
Build and maintain microservices architectures using Spring Boot, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud infrastructure operations on Azure.
Design efficient database schemas, write complex queries, and optimize performance across relational databases including Oracle and MySQL.
Integrate event-streaming architectures using Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and asynchronous communication.
Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to streamline development, refactor code, and enhance software delivery velocity.
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and Agile ceremonies to maintain engineering excellence.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
Core & Enterprise Java: Deep proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, multi-threading, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and RESTful web services.
Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience architecting and deploying workloads on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, alongside building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Databases: Strong proficiency in SQL development, performance tuning, and database management across relational database systems, specifically Oracle and MySQL.
Event-Streaming & Modern Tools: Solid experience with event-driven architectures utilizing Apache Kafka or similar messaging platforms, coupled with practical familiarity leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to boost developer productivity.
Agile & Delivery: Strong background working within Agile/Scrum delivery models, emphasizing test-driven development (TDD), automated unit/integration testing (JUnit, Mockito), and collaborative problem-solving.
