Our client is currently hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager for a full-time leadership opportunity. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with backgrounds in warehouse management, inventory control, distribution operations, workforce planning, logistics, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Warehouse Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees and supervisors.
- Drive productivity, KPI performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support workforce planning and daily operational execution.
Inventory & Operations
- Manage inbound receiving activities and inventory accuracy.
- Oversee cycle counts and annual inventory processes.
- Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Customer Service, Logistics, Purchasing, IT, and Inventory teams.
- Support operational priorities and ensure service expectations are met.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee facility maintenance programs and vendor relationships.
- Manage external contractors and building-related activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
- Strong background in warehouse operations, inventory control, and workforce planning.
- Experience monitoring KPIs and driving operational performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience with AS400 is considered an asset.
- Forklift certification is considered an asset.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
