Senior Program Director in the
retail industry in
a hybrid work environment in Mississauga, Ontario.
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Program Director to lead a high-profile enterprise transformation spanning eCommerce, digital, omnichannel, store operations, fulfillment, merchandising, payments, customer experience, loyalty, and technology. This strategic leadership role requires a proven transformation executive capable of driving delivery across multiple workstreams, aligning executive stakeholders, and bringing structure and clarity to highly complex programs with significant business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall delivery of a large-scale eCommerce and omnichannel transformation program
- Develop and maintain an integrated roadmap across multiple business and technology workstreams
- Establish governance structures, decision-making frameworks, and program controls
- Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning digital, operations, stores, fulfillment, merchandising, payments, loyalty, and customer experience
- Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
- Drive executive alignment and facilitate strategic decision-making
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, systems integrators, SaaS providers, and external partners
Requirements
- Significant experience leading enterprise eCommerce, digital transformation, or omnichannel programs
- Proven track record delivering large-scale retail, consumer, grocery, or high-volume operational transformation initiatives
- Experience leading cross-functional programs involving business, technology, product, operations, supply chain, and customer experience teams
- Strong executive presence with demonstrated experience working directly with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Expertise building integrated roadmaps, governance models, delivery frameworks, and critical path plans
- Experience intervening in complex programs with aggressive timelines, competing priorities, and significant delivery risks
- Strong understanding of digital commerce platforms, order management systems, fulfillment operations, payments, loyalty programs, identity management, and customer experience ecosystems
