We are looking for a Senior UX Writer / Senior Content Designer to help shape clear, useful, and engaging experiences across complex B2B products.
This role combines strong UX writing and content design expertise with hands-on experience using AI to support content and product development. You will help create and improve AI-assisted workflows, evaluate AI-generated content, and apply your content expertise to day-to-day product experiences.
You will work closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and Researchers to solve complex content challenges and create simple, intuitive experiences for users.
The role will involve approximately equal focus on advancing AI-assisted content practices and delivering product content.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Assisted Content & Evaluation
- Design, test, and maintain reusable AI skills, including instructions, reference materials, and workflows that support content design tasks.
- Develop and execute AI evaluations using representative tasks, edge cases, quality criteria, and scoring rubrics.
- Analyze AI outputs to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Refine AI skills and workflows to improve accuracy, clarity, consistency, accessibility, and overall quality.
- Compare different versions of AI skills to determine whether changes improve quality or introduce regressions.
- Establish guidelines for when human review is required and document AI limitations.
- Help teams adopt and continuously improve AI-assisted content workflows.
UX Writing & Content Design
- Own content design for product features and user journeys from discovery through implementation and iteration.
- Create clear, useful, and user-focused content for complex product experiences.
- Partner with Product Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and Researchers to understand user needs and simplify complex workflows.
- Develop and maintain content patterns, style guidelines, and design-system documentation.
- Evolve and maintain B2B content standards and best practices.
- Review both human-authored and AI-assisted content for quality, consistency, usability, and accessibility.
- Provide guidance to teams on applying content standards throughout the product development process.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience working on complex B2B products or enterprise applications.
- Strong UX writing and content design fundamentals, supported by a portfolio demonstrating product content across different user flows and interactions.
- Hands-on experience creating and improving AI skills, AI workflows, or reusable AI-assisted processes that support content or product development.
- Practical experience designing and conducting AI evaluations (evals), including:
- Defining representative test cases.
- Establishing quality criteria and scoring methods.
- Evaluating AI-generated outputs.
- Identifying recurring issues.
- Using evaluation results to improve AI workflows.
- Experience delivering product content from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Experience creating or maintaining style guides, content patterns, and design-system documentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain content decisions and work effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to balance experimentation and innovation with ongoing product delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
