We are looking for a hands-on Production Support Engineer with strong Salesforce/FSC and Capital Markets experience to support enterprise applications in a fast-paced production environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Salesforce, Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Capital Markets applications.
- Troubleshoot application, database, Linux/Windows and production issues.
- Manage incidents, problems, changes, releases and deployments.
- Work closely with development teams, vendors, business users and technical stakeholders.
- Develop automation and monitoring solutions using Python, Perl or scripting.
- Write SQL queries for troubleshooting and data analysis.
- Maintain Confluence runbooks, Jira tickets and technical documentation.
- Support application monitoring, system stability, capacity planning and disaster recovery.
- Participate in rotational weekend release and production support activities.
🔹 Must Have
- Strong Production/Application Support experience.
- Hands-on Salesforce / Salesforce FSC experience.
- Experience supporting Capital Markets / Investment Banking applications.
- Strong SQL, Linux and Windows skills.
- Scripting experience with Python, Perl or Shell.
- Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
🔹 Nice to Have
- ITRS Geneos, AppDynamics or Dynatrace.
- Control-M, Autosys or Tidal.
- Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible, Elastic/Kibana or CI/CD.
- AWS, S3, Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB or Java/Spring.
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets.
