We are looking for an experienced T&L (Time & Labour) Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Time & Labour and Workforce Management solutions.
Key Skills:
✅ 8+ years of overall IT experience
✅ 5+ years of T&L / Workforce Management architecture experience
✅ Strong knowledge of Time Tracking, Attendance, Scheduling, Overtime & Absence
✅ Experience with HR/HCM, Payroll & ERP integrations
✅ Strong knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP, SQL & enterprise integrations
✅ Experience with Oracle HCM/OTL, Workday, SAP or UKG/Kronos is preferred
✅ Strong architecture, documentation & stakeholder management skills
US Must be eligible and willing to travel to the U.S. as required.
