OPERATIONS SUPPORT TEAM (OST) MEMBER Air Partners is currently seeking a talented, customer service oriented and enthusiastic Ramp Agent to join our growing team. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, clients and internal team members; Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the Air Partners hangar space, and office space; Assist clients with their luggage and belongings; Aircraft grooming; Stocking aircraft; Washing and detailing guest vehicles; Outdoor grounds maintenance, including snow removal; Adherence to corporate policies and standard operating procedures; As directed by the senior leadership team, perform a variety of duties that will contribute to the overall guest experience. RELATED QUALITIES AND ATTRIBUTES: Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively in high pressure situations; Professional, polite and personable approach to dealing with clients, guests, and employees; Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively; Self-motivated with a solutions-focused approach to challenges and opportunities; Ability to work a variety of shifts to support our 24/7 operation; Ability to maintain strict confidentiality; Commitment to Safety, Customer Service, Teamwork and Continuous Improvement; Previous aircraft towing or forklift experience; and A Passion to make business fly! MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Legally able to live and work in Canada; A valid class 5 drivers license (non GDL) is required, and reliable transportation to and from our corporate offices; A clean drivers abstract Able to obtain a YYC RAIC pass; Previous aviation experience considered an asset; High School Diploma or GED; and Available for day, evening and weekend shifts as required.
