Job Title: Product Manager, Financial Market

Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Manager, Financial Market to support the growth of the Bank’s FX, interest rate, and precious metals business. This role combines business development, client relationship management, trading execution, and new product development, with a focus on expanding corporate and financial institution client relationships, increasing trading activity, and contributing to revenue growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with Relationship Management, Trading, Head Office, and other internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities, deliver financial markets solutions, execute client transactions, and develop new products.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with interbank counterparties, brokers, trading platforms, institutional clients, and corporate clients to identify new business opportunities and cross-sell financial market solutions.
- Lead client engagement throughout the relationship development process, from initial outreach and needs assessment through proposal development, negotiation, and client onboarding, working closely with Relationship Management and Trading teams.
- Participate in client visits and networking events, leveraging existing client relationships and networking opportunities to drive business development.
- Execute transactions for corporate clients and financial institutions, including pricing, trade execution, and confirmation across products such as FX Spot, Forward, Swap, Options, Interest Rate Swaps (IRS), and Cross-Currency Swaps (CCS).
- Manage trading positions and exposures within established risk limits.
- Prepare daily and weekly market commentary and business performance reports for management and other stakeholders to support marketing and business development activities.
- Lead the development of new financial markets products, including FX and gold-related products.
- Maintain strong relationships with Head Office and internal trading centres, and collaborate across front-to-back functions to support smooth business operations.
- Ensure the accuracy of trading data and analyze the business performance of client-driven transactions.
- Ensure all trading activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Mentor and supervise junior traders and contribute to the overall performance of the trading desk.
- Perform other duties and support additional initiatives as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table
- Academic background in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or another related discipline.
- Strong financial markets knowledge with the ability to understand market mechanisms, financial products, related indices, and data.
- Strong analytical and logical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret market and business information.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with corporate clients, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong business development mindset with a focus on identifying opportunities and supporting business growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively across Relationship Management, Trading, and other front-to-back functions.
- Strong discipline and attention to detail, with the ability to consistently follow business policies, procedures, and risk requirements.
- Strong planning, organization, adaptability, teamwork, and customer focus.
