Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced AEM Architect/Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise-scale digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager.
Mandatory Skills
Strong AEM Sites and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
AEM Architecture – 5+ years
Strong Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL/Sightly
Hands-on Akamai CDN experience – caching, security & performance optimization
CI/CD, DevOps and Adobe Cloud Manager
AEM integration with APIs, Adobe Experience Cloud and enterprise systems
Experience with scalable, secure and high-performance websites
Strong technical leadership, architecture reviews and stakeholder management
Experience with AI agents/MCP and content automation is preferred
