Role: Oracle Utilities CC&B / CCS Test Automation Engineer

Location: Calgary, Canada

Duration: 6 Months

Experience: 8+ Years

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced QA/Test Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B and CCS and Eggplant Functional / Eggplant DAI.

Mandatory Skills:

8+ years of relevant QA/Test Automation experience

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B and CCS

Experience in Customer Management, Account Management, Premise/Service Point Management

Strong knowledge of Service Agreements and Meter-to-Cash

Experience with Billing, Payments, Adjustments, Credit & Collections

Experience with Move-In / Move-Out and Usage Processing

Knowledge of Rate & Tariff Validation

Hands-on experience developing test scripts using Eggplant Functional

Hands-on experience with Eggplant DAI

Responsibilities

Develop and execute automated tests for Oracle Utilities CC&B and CCS using Eggplant Functional and Eggplant DAI. Validate utility customer and account processes, service agreements, meter-to-cash workflows, billing, payments, collections, move-in/move-out, usage processing, and rates and tariffs.

Requirements

Requires 8 or more years of relevant QA/test automation experience and strong hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B and CCS. Candidates must also have experience with utility customer and account processes, billing and meter-to-cash workflows, and developing test scripts with Eggplant Functional and Eggplant DAI.
