Job Summary:
We are looking for a senior SAP HCM Consultant with strong USA SAP Payroll and Benefits experience to support payroll defects, break-fix issues, HRSP releases, and year-end payroll activities.
Mandatory Skills:
7+ years of SAP HCM experience.
Strong SAP HCM Payroll & Benefits experience.
Hands-on USA SAP Payroll experience.
End-to-end Payroll Configuration.
Wage Type Configuration.
Off-Cycle Payroll & Retro Processing.
HRSP/Support Package note analysis, validation, and testing.
Unit Testing & Integration Testing for quarterly HRSP releases.
Year-End Payroll configuration and testing.
Experience with 401(k) limits, health plan rates, RUIA rates/limits, and vendor rates.
Experience executing annual/quarterly scheduled payroll jobs.
Experience working with Web Dynpro applications for third-party contractors.
