Capital Engineering is looking for talented engineers to join our growing team. We are an engineering and project services company that delivers practical, innovative solutions to clients across the energy and industrial sectors. Our multidisciplinary team supports projects from concept and engineering through construction, with a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and building long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do
Depending on your discipline and experience, you may:
- Develop engineering designs, calculations, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Support projects from concept through detailed design and construction.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, project managers, clients, and contractors.
- Review drawings, technical documents, and engineering deliverables.
- Participate in site visits, field investigations, and construction support.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to project challenges.
- Ensure work meets applicable codes, standards, specifications, and client requirements.
- Contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary engineering environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Engineering degree or technical education relevant to your discipline.
- Professional registration with APEGA, or eligibility for registration, where applicable.
- Experience in industrial projects, ideally in an EPC setting.
- Experience in oil & gas, energy, mining, and/or chemical sectors.
- Experience in oil sands, upgrading, refining, and tailings are considered an asset.
- Strong technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and delivering practical solutions.
