THE POSITION
As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role within the team and work closely with other departments and external partners. You will support team members in managing marketing communications projects, promotional initiatives, and events designed to increase brand awareness and strengthen customer engagement across all our properties.
Key Responsibilities
DIGITAL CONTENT MANAGEMENT
- Manage and update content published on websites and mobile apps, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Plan, write, and distribute newsletters according to the marketing calendar.
- Collaborate with creative and operational teams to ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across all platforms.
- Keep information about businesses, events, and promotions up to date and ensure its accuracy across all platforms.
- Optimize content in accordance with best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) and user experience.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AND REPORTING
- Ensure that performance dashboards (social media, website, newsletters, etc.) are up to date and reliable.
- Monitor and interpret performance metrics for campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives based on the targets set by the team.
- Communicate results and recommendations to internal stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
MARKETING ACTIVITIES COORDINATION - CARBONLEO
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and contribute to the planning and execution of Carbonleo’s campaigns and projects.
- Oversee the production, monitoring, and delivery of promotional materials, content, visuals, signage, and other required marketing assets.
- Serve as a liaison between vendors, internal teams, and various stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with brand standards.
- Provide cross-functional support to the Vice President of Marketing and the digital marketing team in managing priorities, following up on tasks, and carrying out ad-hoc projects.
- Support the planning, logistical coordination, and execution of Carbonleo’s partner events.
ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATIONAL FOLLOW-UP
- Process and track invoices related to Quartier DIX30’s marketing activities.
- Coordinate on-site signage, tenant storefront displays, non-event-related visuals, and improvement projects, as well as updates to the Quartier DIX30 directory.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field;
- At least three years of relevant marketing experience;
- Agency experience is a plus;
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in a multi-project environment;
- Proficiency with web content management systems (CMS) and performance analytics platforms (Meta, Google Analytics, TikTok Studio, etc.);
- Strong writing skills in French and English;
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality in the production of content and marketing materials;
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders;
- Initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines;
- Good knowledge of the business ecosystem and the retail sector is a plus.
