Job Description
Critical Mass is hiring a Senior Performance Media Associate, Planning to join our growing team. As the Senior Performance Media Associate, Planning, you will support the execution, reporting, and optimization of performance media campaigns across multiple channels. This role builds foundational expertise in data-driven media planning and supports the broader team in delivering measurable business outcomes.
You Will
Assist in building and maintaining media plans across digital channels
Support campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and tracking implementation
Maintain reporting dashboards and performance tracking systems
Ensure campaign details align with strategic direction and client goals
Compile campaign performance data and support reporting deliverables
Identify initial insights and optimization opportunities
Support A/B testing and performance evaluation efforts
Assist in translating data into basic client-facing summaries
Support day-to-day client requests and internal coordination
Work closely with Managers and Directors to execute media strategies
Maintain documentation, trafficking sheets, and reporting accuracy
Participate in training and skill development across media platforms
You Have
1–3 years of experience in media, marketing, or advertising
Exposure to digital media channels such as Search, Social, or Programmatic
Basic understanding of campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn performance media strategy and execution

Toronto: $60,000-$80,000
