Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize AI-driven applications and agentic systems that address client needs, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply current AI best practices, and contribute to improving recruitment processes and client outcomes.
Requirements
Requires a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and at least five years of AI development experience. Candidates should have experience with AI and agentic systems, machine learning frameworks, programming languages, software development methodologies, AWS, Kafka, Claude Code, coding agents, and full-stack development with Node.js, React, and Python.
