Job Type: Full-Time
Wage
Journeyman:
$35.00–$45.00/hour, based on experience
Apprentice:
$20.00–$35.00/hour, based on experience

Position Summary
TYB Enterprises Inc. is seeking a motivated
Journeyman Carpenter or Registered Apprentice to join its team. The successful candidate will assist with framing, finishing and general carpentry duties on custom residential construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform framing, finishing and general carpentry work
- Measure, cut, assemble and install building materials
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Work collaboratively with other trades and team members
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Ensure work is completed safely and within project timelines
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
Required Skills
- Journeyman Carpenter certification or registration as a Carpenter Apprentice
- Residential construction experience preferred; custom home experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in a construction environment
- Safety-conscious and able to follow workplace procedures
- Valid G driver’s licence required
- Must be able to reliably travel to job sites located between Echo Bay and Thessalon
