Job Description
DeMarco’s Boots N Saddles is currently hiring for:
Manager – Full-Time
Starting Wage: $19.70/hour, with the opportunity for an increase based on proven skills and performance
Schedule: Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends
Responsibilities May Include
- Overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations
- Supervising, supporting and directing staff
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with scheduling and shift coverage
- Handling customer concerns professionally
- Supporting opening and closing duties
- Ensuring food safety, cleanliness and workplace standards are maintained
- Keeping restaurant operations organized and running efficiently
- Completing other management duties as required
Required Skills
- Valid Smart Serve certification
- Valid Safe Food Handler certification
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Dependable, organized and able to take initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability for days, evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation (business is not located on a bus route)
