Job Description
The Senior Front Receptionist serves as the face of the Calgary office, ensuring a professional, secure, and welcoming experience for all employees, clients, contractors, and visitors while providing high-level administrative and customer service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused reception area as the first point of contact for employees, clients, contractors, and visitors.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Fluor in a positive and professional manner.
- Create, issue, and manage visitor badges, employee access cards, and visitor logs, ensuring compliance with site security protocols and access requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized visitor records, access documentation, and reception-related information.
- Provide a consistent and professional telephone presence, efficiently directing and transferring calls both internally and externally.
- Coordinate contractor arrivals and departures, ensuring compliance with site access procedures and building requirements.
- Complete and maintain Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and Safe Task Assessments (STAs) related to contractor activities and building service work.
- Maintain and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS), ensuring documentation remains current, accessible, and compliant with company requirements.
- Administer and track employee Fitness Centre applications and memberships while maintaining confidentiality and accurate records.
- Maintain a strong focus on security by monitoring visitor access, identifying concerns, and following established facility security procedures.
- Support Office Services functions, including meeting room coordination, courier services, office communications, and general administrative activities within our group.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, clients, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Assist with emergency response procedures, workplace communications, and other office operations initiatives as required.
Basic Job Requirements
- A combination of education and directly related experience equal to two (2) years
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Salary is based upon experience.
