The Opportunity
As Housekeeping Supervisor at the Adara Hotel, you’ll help keep the hotel running smoothly by leading the housekeeping team and making sure our rooms and shared spaces are consistently clean, comfortable and ready for our guests.
You’ll be hands-on in the day-to-day operation, from assigning rooms and checking standards to supporting the team, managing supplies, and responding to guest requests. You’ll be someone the team can rely on to keep things organized, jump in when needed, and make sure the job gets done properly.

What You Bring to the Table
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience required
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience in housekeeping is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Knowledge of hotel cleaning procedures, safety practices and room inspection standards
- A proactive, hands on approach and willingness to support the team when needed
- Comfortable giving direction, managing priorities and keeping the team organized
- Guest focused with the ability to respond to requests and concerns professionally
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy hotel environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Your Days Will Look Like
- Assigning daily housekeeping tasks and inspecting rooms to make sure our cleanliness standards are met
- Scheduling the housekeeping team, arranging coverage when needed and keeping staffing within budget
- Supporting and training new and existing housekeeping team members
- Responding to guest requests, questions and housekeeping concerns
- Investigating and resolving guest complaints related to housekeeping
- Monitoring inventory and ordering cleaning supplies, equipment and other housekeeping essentials
- Coordinating laundry and keeping an eye on laundry and supply costs
- Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to the team and making sure everything is used and stored appropriately
- Screening housekeeping applicants and providing recommendations around hiring, promotions, transfers and dismissals
- Jumping in with cleaning duties when the team needs an extra hand
- Working closely with other hotel team members to coordinate guest requests and resolve issues
- Taking on other duties as reasonably directed
